Genus Vibrissina Rondani, 1861

VIBRISSINA Rondani, 1861a: 35. Type species: Tachina turrita Meigen, 1824, by fixation of O'Hara & Wood (2004: 109) under Article 70.3.2 of ICZN (1999), misidentified as Frontina demissa Meigen, 1838, in the original designation by Rondani (1861a) [Palearctic].
