In order to be eligible to apply for or receive funding from a U.S. Public Health Service Agency (“PHS Awarding Agency”) the University of Guelph and its researchers must comply with U.S. PHS financial conflict of interest (FCOI) regulations [1]. Researchers must complete a Significant Financial Interest Disclosure Form [2] at the time of application and annually thereafter if funding is awarded. Researchers must also complete the PHS FCOI online training tutorial [3] prior to engaging in PHS-Funded research. Learn about US FCOI requirements [4].
