Collection Protocol
Collect a piece of brood comb 10 x 10 cm, minimum 40 mL of honey, minimum 50 bees or scrapings of wax debris into a leakproof sterile container. 1) Refrigerate. 2) Freeze or submerge in 70% ethanol.
