Flow cytometry

  • Flow cytometric immunophenotyping may be performed on EDTA-anticoagulated blood (e.g., atypical cells in blood or leukocytosis), tissue aspirates in fluid (e.g., lymph node, spleen, bone marrow, etc), or lymphocyte-rich effusion (pleural fluid, CSF, etc.)
