Ship in insulated container, no freezer packs required. Do not refrigerate smears.Collection Protocol
Submit a prepared, air-dried blood smear along with the EDTA whole blood samples. Serum should be collected into a red-top vacutainer; avoid hemolysis. Allow the sample to clot. Centrifuge the sample; separate the serum from the cells as soon as possible and transfer to a leakproof, labelled tube.Additional Information
