CCS Software Distribution Refund Policy

Software purchased through the CCS Software Distribution Site and downloaded or received on media, such as CD or DVD, will include access to license keys and serial numbers for the software product. This information, once shared through download or media, cannot be retrieved from the end user. As a result, software purchased from the CCS Software Distribution Site cannot be refunded. All software purchased through the CCS Software Distribution site is final sale.

Prior to completing your purchase, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your computer meets the system requirements for the software
  • Consulting the manufacturer(s) website to determine suitability of software
  • Ensuring that you are purchasing the correct product on the CCS Software Distribution Site
  • Acknowledging the level of support available for the product as posted on our website

If you have any concerns with software products purchased through the CCS software Distribution site, or the software distribution service, please contact the CCS Help Centre within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
