The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits certification is offered every Monday evening from January 18th to March 21st from 7 - 9:30 p.m. for 9 weeks.

This qualification will teach you about the key grape varieties grown around the world, tasting techniques, the different styles of wine produced and the production of spirits and liqueurs.

Will Predhomme [1], a prominent Canadian professional Sommelier and enterpreneur will be teaching this certification.
