HTM is proud to announce that Will Predhomme, who instructs our wine and spirit certifications placed in the quarter finals, winning 17th place overall in the A.S.I. Contest of the Best Sommelier of the World in Tokyo last week!   Over 50 contestants were tested, in a language other than their mother tongue, on theory, practical and blind tasting skills as a sommelier.  Will was one of  two Canadians represented.  The competition is held every three years in different locations, by qualifying through the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers national competition, in which Will placed second for Canada.  Congratulations to Will!
