HTM Students Working with Planet Bean

Submitted by lfodor on October 1st, 2013 9:07 AM

Students in Prof. Justin Taillon and Prof. Michael von Massow's HTM*4500: Hospitality Analytics course spent the past five days working with Planet Bean. They are working with ownership to improve sales and product offerings for the local coffee house. In October this group will earn CHIA certification (for hotel consulting) and put their newfound skills to work at Ports of Call Resort in Turks & Caicos, where they will create a marketing program for the new ownership and management on the Caribbean island destination.
