Consulting in Turks & Caicos

Submitted by lfodor on November 27th, 2013 1:28 PM

HTM Students on the beach in Turks & CaicosProfessor Justin Taillon and the HTM*4500 Hospitality Analytics course spent the past 5 days in Turks & Caicos. They were completing a consulting report for Ports of Call Resort, a beautiful hotel located on the Caribbean Island. The report included sections such as: a financial proforma depicting branding opportunities, the installation of a preventative maintenance program, an enhanced revenue management structure, the creation of job descriptions and an employee manual, and much more. There was also time for some fun, such as a dip at Bugaloo's Conch Restaurant on the beach as seen in this picture.
