HFTM Takes Home Third Place at the Digital Restaurant Project Workshop

On March 14th and 15th, nine students travelled to Ryerson University to attend the Digital Restaurant Project workshop and compete in the annual Hospitality and Tourism Case Competition. Alyson Gregoire, Alexandre Brown, Simon Benevides, Meghan Wright, Emily Pritchard, Tom Beckett, Gina Yhip, Fanyi Wei, and Becky McIlroy competed against students from both Ryerson and the University of Quebec and Montreal (UQAM) to analyze either a hospitality or tourism case and make a formal presentation to a panel of judges. A huge congratulations to all teams who participated in our inaugural debut and a special  congrats to our tourism team: Alexandre Brown, Simon Benevides and Emily Pritchard who took home third. Thank you to Ryerson for the exceptional hospitality and to the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism for all their support.
