The School is proud to announce that we will be offering a new Wine & Spirit Education Trust certification this September - WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits!

This 1-day course will provide an understanding of the basic principles of spirit production; the main types and styles of spirits available; how to serve spirits to customers; the basic principles of marketing used for the sale of spirits; and, the issues relating to the safe consumption of spirits.

Also, offered are WSET Level 1 Award in Wines; Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits and Level 3 Award in Wines & Spirits.
