The School is thrilled to announce the offering of beer education.  With the success of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET [1]) certification courses, it made sense to look into beer as our next step.

The beer seminar series will launch in October, offering 'Beer Basics' in October, followed by 'Canadian Brewing Traditions" in January 2017, and 'Farmhouse Fermentation: Beer & Cheese' in March 2017.

Each seminar is held on a Sunday and is 2.5 hours in length. With an attractive price of $50 per or $120 for the three, they are likely to sell out quickly.
