The University of Guelph Sustainable Restaurant Project (UGSRP) and the School of Hospitality & Tourism Management (HTM, U of G) presented the 2nd annual UGSRP Forum on "Topics in Sustainability". The event took place on Wednesday, October 10th, 2012 at the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

Barton is a Chef, Author, Speaker and National Geographic Fellow working to restore our relationship with the ocean, the land, and with each other - through dinner.
