We are excited to announce that Monika Kruszka, has joined us as PJ's Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager.
Monika, a Lang HAFA 2019 alum, also graduated in 2020 from the Canadian Food & Wine Institute, specializing in baking & and pastry arts.
She brings with her an extensive depth of experience running her own business and is also a recipient of KML’s 2022 Top 30 Under 30 leadership recognition.
In Monika’s words, “I am excited to accept the position of Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager of PJ's Restaurant and to contribute to the growth of students, fostering their talent, and preparing them for successful careers in the global hospitality industry. Throughout my career, I have recognized the value of education and continuous learning. I am confident that my teaching style, which emphasizes practical application and encourages creativity, aligns well with the education philosophy at Lang.”
