UPCOMING COMPETITION: Funding for Student Exchange Programs for Latin America and the Caribbean

Of interest to Guelph faculty with partners in Latin America and the Caribbean:

Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) will soon be launching the competition for the Student Exchange Program (SEP) for the 2015-2016 academic year. Canadian institutions will be invited to submit applications for college, undergraduate, and graduate students from Latin America and the Caribbean as well as faculty and international liaison officers from the CARICOM who wish to come to Canada for a short-term study or research exchange.

The deadline for applications will be the end of April 2015. Please see the links below for the programs included in the Student Exchange Program (SEP).

Please note that DFATD has updated its online application process. The International Scholarships Canada Application Tool will allow you to:

Explore scholarship opportunities which can be applied for online
Apply for relevant scholarship programs facilitated by DFATD
Save an application to complete at a later time
Submit an application for consideration
Avoid re-entering the same information for multiple applications.
