2022 Meeting

University of Guelph Swine Research Day

Please watch for details about the next Swine Research Day

The one-day program highlights ongoing UofG swine-focused research with presentations by graduate students, UofG faculty and keynote speakers.

The UofG Swine Research Day was formed in May 2016 and is the result of the merging of two historical swine-research focused meetings: The Centralia Swine Research Update (CSRU) and the Mike Wilson Swine Research Day (MWSRD).  The UofG Swine Research Day honours the tradition of both founding meetings by inviting high profile guest speakers, providing short updates on current swine research, hosting a graduate student competition, providing written proceedings, and opportunities for networking.

2019 proceedings are available on our proceedings archives page [1] with a special thank you to our 2019 sponsors [2]!

About

The goal of the Ontario Swine Research Network is to enhance and improve the timeliness and accuracy of UofG swine research results and activities to end-users. We also aim to highlight the ongoing collaborative work taking place with other institutions and research partners, in order to capture the provincial, national and international impact of the UofG swine research program. We hope this central website will provide a platform where producers, veterinarians, industry, students and other end-users can go for current and archived research results.
