Biosystems Engineering Admission Requirements for High School Student/Graduate Applicants in Ontario
This subject is co-op admission only.Admission Requirements
Undergraduate degree program applicants from Ontario must present the following:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
- A minimum of six 4U/M courses including the required courses for your chosen degree
Required courses:
- English (ENG4U)
- Advanced Functions (MHF4U)
- Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U)
- Chemistry (SCH4U)
- Physics (SPH4U)
- 1 additional 4U or 4M course
Estimated Cut-off Range
84-89%
Estimated cut-off ranges are based on admission averages from previous years and are provided as a point of reference. Exact cut-offs are determined by the quantity and quality of applications received and the space available in the program. Having an average within this range does not guarantee admission
Co-op averages will often exceed the estimated cut-off ranges. Students not admissible to co-op will be automatically considered for the regular program.
Additional Information
- Students are admitted directly to the co-op program. A regular stream is available, and students not interested in co-op may request a transfer once they begin their program.
*The major name change from Biological Engineering to Biosystems Engineering is pending Senate approval.
