Graduate Courses

A senior registered undergraduate student may take a graduate course with the permission of the chair or director of the academic unit offering the course and the permission of the course instructor. The graduate course may be used as credit toward an undergraduate degree, with the permission of the chair of the department responsible for the undergraduate program.

If the graduate course is used for credit toward any undergraduate program requirement, it cannot be considered subsequently for credit toward a graduate degree at the University.

Undergraduate courses taken while registered in the Faculty of Graduate Studies cannot be used toward a baccalaureate degree program.
