Transcripts

An official transcript may be ordered by submitting the "Request for Transcript" form along with payment to the Academic Records Section, Office of the Registrar. The order can be placed by mail or in person. The transcript fee is listed in Section VI--Schedule of Fees. Students must have met all financial obligation to the University before official transcripts can be released for any purpose.

The normal turn around time for the production of a transcript is three to five days, however, during busy periods (deadlines for applications) the turn around time for the production of a transcript may be as long as seven to ten days depending on the volume of requests received.

Official transcripts from the University of Guelph will show that a degree has been conferred only after the convocation ceremony.
