General Program Area of Concentration

Those planning to enter the Mathematics Major should take 63-120 in the first semester, 63-121 in the second. A 70% average in the Mathematics courses in semesters 1 and 2 is highly recommended for the honours program major.

A minimum of 16 courses is required:

1. at least must number 63-200 or above, of which 4 must number 63-400 or above.
2. (27-150 or 27-160), (89-204 or 89-210). Recommended courses include 63-200, (63-215 or 63-216), 63-217, 63-220, 63-221, 63-310, 63-313, 63-320, 63-324, 63-326.
