This is a collaborative event focused on advancing health and well-being across physical, mental, social and societal dimensions within our community.
Organizations, individuals and partners from across the region will come together to discuss shared challenges, strengthen connections and build relationships across sectors. This gathering is designed to foster dialogue, spark new ideas and identify opportunities for meaningful, cross-sector collaboration that can positively impact health and well-being in Guelph-Wellington communities.
