Proteus Innovation Competition

The Proteus Innovation Competition is an intense four-month competition that will challenge individuals to create a viable commercialization strategy for one of six promising technologies developed out of Ontario's research institutions, and then pitch it to a panel of judges.

This three part competition allows contestants to hone their business skills, work with a variety of experienced advisors, and accelerate the commercialization process on discoveries coming out of Ontario’s institutions.

It is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to be an entrepreneur, but who doesn’t have an idea.

Learn more about the competition and technologies at the Proteus launch event on Thursday, November 19, 2020 (4–6 PM).

The launch event will introduce the competition, key dates and deadlines and  include a presentation about each technology. You will then have the option to move into breakout rooms where you can talk to each innovator about their technology so you can choose the best one for you and your team.

Register for the launch event through eventbrite.
