Description

This is a special Invitation for proposals addressing impacts of genetics, stress and gastrointestinal microbiome on health outcomes. The Foundation is particularly interested in proposals that address the following topics:

  • Genetics and epigenetics of health and disease
  • Biomarkers of stress and welfare, and the impact of stress on health outcomes
  • Gut health and the association of  microbiome with health outcomes

Funding decisions will be made in mid-July, 2017 with grant awards starting as early as August 1, 2017.

Indirect Costs

Please include 8% indirect costs in your budget as allowed by Morris Animal Foundation.
