The Office of Research Services wishes to remind researchers that the University of Guelph will be closed from Monday December 24, 2018 through Tuesday January 1, 2019. The University reopens Wednesday January 2, 2019.
In light of the holiday schedule, the Office of Research Services is advising researchers that any submissions due to sponsors with external deadlines of Tuesday January 1, 2019 through Tuesday January 8, 2019 are due between December 12-14, 2018 to allow enough time for review and any needed revisions. No internal deadlines will be posted the week of December 17, 2018. The detailed schedule is below:

Submissions, to include a signed OR-5 Form along with a budget, proposal and/or copy of agreement or award documentation, may be mailed or dropped off in person to the Office of Research Services, Room 437 of the University Centre, or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
