Description
To begin the exciting process of building a campus IT strategy, Dave Whittle, Associate Vice-President and Chief Information Officer is initiating a series of workshops to better understand the needs and goals of the campus community. There will be six workshops, each focused on a unique topic area: Teaching and Learning, Student Experience, Research Enterprise, Data and Analytics, Administrative Systems, and Cyber Security. The goal of each workshop is to craft an image of the desired future state and understand the strategic role of IT in achieving that vision.
The most important part of this collaborative process is participation through engagement and feedback.
The Research Enterprise workshop might be of particular interest to researchers, however, you are welcome to attend any that are of interest to you. The Research Enterprise workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 1 to 3 p.m. in the Robert Whitelaw Room (246A) in the library.
The dates of the additional workshops are as follows:
- Teaching and Learning: Tuesday, May 14, 9 to 11 a.m.
