Upcoming OCE VIP II Deadline

Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE)

Program

VIP II

Description

Due to high demand and limited funding availability, the VIPII program is near maximum capacity.  Applications will only be accepted until August 24 (see Deadlines section below for internal deadline).

Depending on the number of submissions received prior to that date, applications will be ranked and priority given to only the top-scoring applications. The program will re-open for applications early next year.

Special Notes

As of August 1, the Schedule D - Intellectual Property Term Sheet must be provided upon submitting an application. The Schedule D will form a part of the OCE funding agreement if the application is approved for funding. Please note that the OCE Funding Agreement is standard and modifications will not be accommodated.

Deadlines

If College-level review is required, your College will communicate its earlier internal deadlines.

Please note that the Office of Research cannot guarantee approval and submission by the External Deadline if the Schedule D is incomplete or the industry partner does not agree to the terms within the given timeframe.

External Deadline

Applications that are approved by the Office of Research should be forwarded by the applicants directly to OCE.
