Description
Announcing an opportunity for all UofG faculty who are interested in learning more about the following NSERC partnership grants:
- Collaborative Research and Development (CRD) and/or
- Strategic Projects programs
The Office of Research is hosting information sessions on these partnership programs on Thursday, February 19, 2015. Faculty will also have an opportunity to book a one-on-one session with Linda Martin, Manager Research Partnerships at NSERC (Ottawa), to discuss their individual interests and initiatives.
Alexandra (Sandy) Reid, Research & Innovation Development Officer, from the NSERC Ontario Regional Office will also attend the event.
Following the Strategic Project Grants session, Linda Martin, Manager Research Partnerships at NSERC, will hold 15-minute meetings with individual faculty to provide advice or discuss a particular partnership grant application (e.g., CRD, Strategic Project, Engage, Industrial Research Chair, Strategic Networks). Individual meetings will be scheduled between 2pm-3:30pm in UC441. To book an appointment with Linda, RSVP by February 9, 2015, to Patti Minakis pminakis@uoguelph.ca . Appointments will be given on a “first come, first serve” basis.
