The nominee prepares the documentation identified on the nomination page.

As was confirmed by NSERC in previous years, nomination letters are to be endorsed by the executive head of the University. Please note, College Deans can serve as the executive head for the purposes of these nominations (as well as the AVPR and/or VPR).
