Description

Biomedical Research Grants provide financial support to medical researchers to assist in defraying the operating costs of research, which may include the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment and the payment of laboratory assistants.

Eligibility

Faculty - Though applicants at all stages of their research career are eligible for funding, The Kidney Foundation wishes to give priority to new investigators in the field of kidney research. 

Funding Availability

Max $50,000/yr – Research must be carried out in Canada

NEW!: The page limit will be reduced to a maximum of 10 pages (including figures and graphs)

The Biomedical Research Grants Policies 2017 Competition, supersede all previous Kidney Foundation of Canada Biomedical Research Grants Policies. Applicants should always refer to the latest version. KFOC will accept ONLY the KFOC CV for the 2017 competition. No other CV formats will be accepted.

Required: September 1, 2016 by 11:59 EST
