  NSERC’s Collaborative Research and Training Experience (CREATE) program awards grants of up to $1.65M over 6 years for the development of innovative training programs that enhance collaboration and facilitate the transition of trainees to productive employees in the Canadian workforce.

Registration is not necessary – anyone can connect using the link provided below.

In preparation for the next CREATE competition, NSERC will hold an information session via webinar to provide an overview of the CREATE program and application process.

English session:   January 28th 2015, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (ET)

To join the English session, go to http://nsercofcanada.adobeconnect.com/create-prospective/ (or copy and paste the address into your browser).

Choose the “Enter as a Guest” option, enter your name and/or university, and press “Enter Room”.

What is Research Alerts?

Research Alerts is a communications technology that allows UoG faculty, staff and students to stay up to date on news from the Office of Research. Through Research Alerts, subscribers receive emails related to research funding opportunities, workshops and events, policies and more. Each subscriber sets individual preferences to indicate the topics and categories of information that are of interest to them. When a message (Alert) is published in the Office of Research that matches the subscriber's selected preference categories and topics, it is e-mailed directly to the subscriber. Because this is a web-based technology, the Research Alerts site can also be searched using the search fields, or browsed through the topics by category.
