Description

The Research Administration and Information Management system (RAIMS) Project will officially kick off on October 2, 2015 at 10:30 am in UC 442.  The event will showcase information on RAIMS, create a shared understanding of project expectations and introduce you to the project team. Formal presentations will be held during the first hour of the event followed by a reception. What is Research Alerts?

Research Alerts is a communications technology that allows UoG faculty, staff and students to stay up to date on news from the Office of Research. Through Research Alerts, subscribers receive emails related to research funding opportunities, workshops and events, policies and more. Each subscriber sets individual preferences to indicate the topics and categories of information that are of interest to them. When a message (Alert) is published in the Office of Research that matches the subscriber's selected preference categories and topics, it is e-mailed directly to the subscriber. Because this is a web-based technology, the Research Alerts site can also be searched using the search fields, or browsed through the topics by category.
