A New Red-Fleshed Apple for Cider & Processing

Providence is a newly developed crab apple variety designed for the cider and processing industry. With its striking cherry-red juice, bright acidity and stable colour profile, it offers unique opportunities for product differentiation in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic markets.
