My study is about detection and prevalence of Top Six non-O157 STEC on beef, one day I was planning to get some samples from the barn just beside Food Science Department, and I was lucky to have my camera on me, as soon as I get closer to the gate and got my camera out, this friendly cow came right away to me, I think she was saying "Can I help you"? haha, and yes that portrait pose was the greatest help, I even forgot about my sampling!!
That framed face makes me fall in love with this picture every time I look at it, and I kept it just to submit it to a contest and here we go :-)
