 Learn about your uoguelph accounts

An email will be sent to new students during the summer, which will provide them with their central login, password, and uoguelph assigned email account (aka Gryphmail). This information will be sent to your personal email that you provided on Ontario Colleges when you applied, so please make sure it is accurate! 

Upload your Student Card Photo

Please note: You do not need to upload your documentation through WebAdvisor (despite it asking you to), however, you will need to bring a valid piece of ID to pick up your student card upon your arrival on move-in day.

Criteria to obtain your student ID

Student Financial Aid (OSAP)

Apply for Full-Time Ontario Student Assistance Program for the 2025-2026 academic year if you require financial assistance

DVTA Students - Apply for Part-Time Ontario Student Assistance Program for the fall 2025 semester if you require financial assistance

Please note, your $500 Registration Deposit must be paid in advance of your OSAP funding.

Registration Deposit

$500 Registration Deposit payment due.

There will not be a separate invoice developed for the registration deposit; the deposit payment will be deducted from your F25 Student Account bill

First Semester Course Registration

Course Registration is done through the Student Planning Tool on WebAdvisor. Course descriptions and pre-requisite course information can be found in the Associate Diploma Calendar.
