Dr. Hosna Miladi has joined the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development (SEDRD) at the University of Guelph as a Visiting Researcher, where she is working with Dr. Ataharul Chowdhury.

Dr. Miladi holds a PhD in Agricultural Extension and Education and brings several years of academic and professional experience spanning university teaching, environmental management, sustainable development, and community-based work. Her current research interests include knowledge mobilization and exchange, sustainability, community capacity development, and the emerging role of artificial intelligence in education and knowledge-sharing practices.

Her collaboration with Dr. Chowdhury includes joint publications, book chapters, and the development of new research initiatives. Through this work, she aims to strengthen connections among higher education, communities, and partner organizations while advancing interdisciplinary research and meaningful knowledge exchange in the areas of extension and advisory discipline.
