The issues experienced with some Blackberry users has now been resolved. We will now be investigating root cause. We sincerely apologize for the outage.
Update 3 (5/25/10 4:00pm)
We continue to struggle with getting our Blackberry problem resolved. We are now working on a more "labour intensive" solution (rebuilding profiles). This should take until 6:00pm to complete at which time we will have more news to share.

We have yet to find a resolution to our Blackberry problem. We have been escalated to higher levels of support within RIM, but have not yet been successful in resolution. Our apologies for the inconvenience that this causes.
Update 1 (5/25/10 12:50pm):
We continue to work with RIM on a solution, unfortunately, we have not yet been successful in bringing the affected BlackBerries back online.

We are experiencing problems with our Blackberry users who are on "Rockies". Uable to send email from the device is one symptom of the problem.
Through support efforts with RIM, we have restarted the Blackberry server. This has not resolved our problem.
We continue to work with Rim for a resolution and will update our CCS website (http://www.uoguelph.ca/ccs/) with CCS Service Update regularly until resolution.
