Central Users Home Directories Maintenace Thursday, Feb 18th

On Thursday, February 18th, between 6:00AM and 8:00AM, CCS will migrate all user’s home directories on their central login accounts to the new central storage. During this period, the following services will not be available,

• Personal Web Sites or any Web Site that’s serving content out of a user’s home directory (ie. http://www.uoguelph.ca/~xxx) will be unavailable, and users will be unable to login (home.web.uoguelph.ca and files.web.uoguelph.ca) to update their web content
• Clients will be unable to login to their LAMP Servers, but their web content will be visible.
• Shell login to general.uoguelph.ca and muncher.uoguelph.ca will be unavailable. Please stop all running or scheduled process before the maintenance
