CCS Service Catalogue
CCS services simply a click away.
Services will soon be a click away with the development of the CCS Service Catalogue. The project is well underway and CCS aims to complete the online tool by the end of 2012. The Service Catalogue is being developed in combination with a redesign of the CCS website, offering a user-friendly menu with access to various resources. Each service within the Catalogue will include a description of the service, who can request the service, associated costs, how to request the service and service support.
The project has recently entered the third and final stage of development. After collecting customer input via surveys, the team has ensured that services are defined from an end-user perspective and grouped into appropriate categories for the Catalogue. CCS has also hired a technical writer to evaluate and edit service templates before they go into production.
Apart from content management, Web Solutions will also take the lead in architecture and project management for the development of the Service Catalogue tool, while hiring an external developer for implementation.
