Prof's Real Estate Research Makes Headlines

Research by Marketing and Consumer Studies Prof. Paul Anglin, who studies real estate and housing trends, was featured this week in news stories published in the Los Angeles Times and Chicago Tribune.

Anglin’s studies have found that words help sell real estate. For example, homes where the seller was "motivated" actually took 15 percent longer to sell, while homes described as "beautiful" moved 15 percent faster.
