Three University of Guelph professors were featured in national newspapers today.

An opinion column by President Alastair Summerlee on North America’s legal approach and framework for dealing with climate change and the environment was published in the Toronto Star. The column, which likened the actions of government leaders to the captain who sailed the Titanic, was co-authored by U of G graduate David Hornsby, now a doctoral student at the Centre for International Studies, University of Cambridge, UK.

The Toronto Star also quoted Prof. Judy Sheeshka, Family Relations and Applied Nutrition, in a story on Canada’s New Food Guide.

In addition, Marketing and Consumer Studies Prof. Paul Anglin continues to make headlines with his research on how words help sell real estate. An article highlighting his research was published today in the National Post. Recently, the Los Angeles Times and Chicago Tribune also featured Anglin’s work.
