Flags To Be At Half-Mast in Honour of Prof

Campus flags will be at half-mast Friday to mark the funeral service of U of G microbiology Prof. Terry Beveridge, who died Sept. 10. Beveridge, an award-winning researcher, teacher and a Canada Research Chair holder, was a professor in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology for nearly 30 years.

A visitation is planned for today from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home and Chapel, 37 Church Street, Elora. A funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Knox Presbyterian Church, 55 Church Street, Elora.
