Prof. Medhat Moussa's research on developing a personal service robot is featured in today's Globe and Mail.

The engineering professor is working on creating a robotic intelligence system that can be programmed by the average person to do household chores.

Moussa and PhD student Maria Ralph recently conducted a study that proved the system can learn and be taught by the average user to grasp certain objects. This research was published in the IEEE Transactions of Robotics, the highest-ranked journal in robotics.
