Goff is currently working on developing a product that can be purchased at room temperature and frozen later at home.

Goff has taught dairy processing and technology at U of G for more than 20 years. He has become well-known internationally for his research in ice cream science and technology. He also teaches U of G’s acclaimed Ice Cream Technology Course, the only one of its kind in Canada. The week-long intensive industry course has been offered annually since 1914.
