HAES
Health At Every Size, offered by The Wellness Education Centre, is a workshop that encourages students to challenge the definitions of beauty that exist in the media, in their community, and within their group of friends and teaches the difference between healthy eating and fad diets.

The Health Clinic is located in the J.T. Powell Building and offers female and male physicians, a psychiatrist, nurses, dieticians, and a wellness educator. They can be reached by phone at 519-824-4120 extension 52131.
Heritage Trust
The Heritage Trust was created in 1991 by the Board of Governors as a way for the University to pay for strategic one-time investments without having to draw on its operating budget. HERSEY
The J.C. Hersey Building is located between Maids Hall and Alumni Stadium and it houses offices for Physical Resources.
HFT
School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism which was renamed from HTM in 2014.

A workshop offered by The Wellness Education Centre that teaches students alternatives to sex, tests knowledge of risk levels associated with different sexual activities, and teaches participants how to communicate assertively.

Human Rights and Equity Office is the former name of the Diversity and Human Rights Office (DHR).
HRO (h-r-o)

HTM
Refers to Hospitality and Tourism Management, the former name of the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism. HTM replaced HAFA in 2002 and was renamed to HFT in 2014.

Human Rights
A workshop offered by The Wellness Education Centre that highlights current issues dealing with discrimination, harassment, stereotypes, respect, inclusive language, and the protection of human rights in our country today.
HUTT (hut)
HL Hutt Building H.L. Hutt Building is located on Reynolds Walk west of the UC and across from the MacNaughton Building. It is the location of the Department of Geography.
