Basic Service
This foundational package is included free of charge when booking an event on campus. It covers consultation, facility recommendations, service provider coordination, and 24-hour on-call support to address any last-minute requests. This package also includes Accommodation services where we manage on-campus bookings, payments, and confirmations for your delegates, offering a streamlined experience.

Full-Service Registration
Elevate your event by upgrading to our Full-Service Registration package for a complete event solution. In addition to everything included in our Basic package, with our Full-Service Registration package, we manage all aspects of the delegate registration process including a custom online registration site, badge creation, accommodation management, processing financial transactions, responding to delegate inquiries, and on-site event coordination. This comprehensive package ensures seamless logistics for your event.
