Now that the colder weather has returned people are likely grabbing for that portable heater under their desk.  These heaters can be a fire hazard if not used properly. Please ensure that there is at least a 3 foot clearance around the heater, as well it must be plugged directly into the wall, it can not be run through a power bar or an extension cord.  As with cooking never leave your heater unattended.
