While attending a building for a fire alarm today we came across a lot of storage in the hallway, including a skid which was placed in a doorway. This is a special doorway as the doors close automatically when a fire alarm happens to keep up the fire separations within a building, unfortunately with the skid in the way these doors are unable to perform their job.
