Over the weekend we had two incidents in which fire extinguishers were used in a non-emergency manner. One of these expelled extinguishers  caused a fire alarm in East Residence, which required a 4 vehicle emergency response from the city fire department. These incidents are an unnecessary use of emergency personnel.
