The University of Guelph Sustainable Restaurant Project (UGSRP) will be holding its 3rd annual forum on Thursday, October 3rd on campus at the Lifetime Learning Centre (OVC), Room 1714 at 7:00 p.m.  Featured speaker is Jonathan Bloom, Journalist, Consultant, Food Waste Expert and Author of "American Wasteland".  Also speaking will be Robin Poirier of Ocean Wise and HTM's Professor Bruce McAdams.

Sponsor, Earls Kitchen & Bar will be holding a reception in PJ's Restaurant in Macdonald Stewart Hall immediately after the forum.
